Thank you for shopping at partlytech.com. We are dedicated to delivering your replacement appliance parts efficiently. Please read the guidelines below to understand how your order is processed and delivered.
1. Shipping Destinations
- We ship exclusively to addresses within the United States (all 50 states).
- We do not currently ship to US territories, P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations.
2. Order Processing & Handling Time
- Handling time: All orders are processed, packed, and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
- Cut-off time: Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST begin processing the same business day. Orders received after 2:00 PM EST, or over the weekend, begin processing the next business day.
- You will receive an automated email with tracking information as soon as your order is handed to the carrier.
3. Transit Times & Delivery Estimates
- Transit time: Once dispatched from our US fulfillment center, estimated delivery across the continental United States is 2–5 business days.
- Total delivery timeline: You can expect your order to arrive within 3–8 business days from the date your order is placed.
- All shipments are dispatched from our fulfillment warehouse located inside the United States.
4. Carriers & Tracking
- We use trusted domestic carriers including UPS, FedEx, and USPS.
- Once a tracking number is generated, please allow up to 24 hours for the carrier's system to show active tracking updates.
5. Shipping Rates

6. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your package arrives visibly damaged, or tracking shows delivery but you have not received it, contact us immediately at info@partlytech.com or +44 7836 232276 so we can coordinate with the carrier and resolve the issue promptly.
