30-Day Return Window

You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to notify us and initiate a return request.

Return Eligibility & Conditions

To qualify for a full refund, please ensure your item meets the following criteria:

  • Condition: The item must be brand new, completely uninstalled, and in the exact condition in which you received it.
  • Packaging: The product must be returned in its original packaging with all included components.
  • Consumables & Sealed Items: For safety, technical verification, and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on parts that have been physically installed, or on consumable items (such as filters, brush rollers, or sealed battery units) that have been opened or removed from their protective wrappers, unless the item is defective.

Defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped items are always eligible for return or replacement regardless of the conditions above.

The Return Process

1. Contact us first. Before shipping any items back, please contact our support team to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Returns sent without prior authorization cannot be matched to an order and may be delayed.

2. Return address. All returns are processed at our United States returns facility:

Upon authorization, we will confirm the exact shipping instructions. Please do not ship items to the manufacturer or to our UK registered office.

3. Return shipping costs.

  • Damaged, defective, or incorrect items: We take full responsibility and will provide a pre-paid return shipping label at no cost to you.
  • Change of mind: If you are returning an item because you changed your mind or ordered in error, you are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable in this case.

Refunds & Inspection

Once your return arrives at our US facility, our team will inspect the item to verify its uninstalled condition and packaging.

  • Notification: We will email you promptly after inspection to confirm the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Processing time: Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 2 business days of approval. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the credit may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.

12-Month PartlyTech Warranty

Every part we sell is covered by our own 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects, starting from the date of delivery. If a part fails prematurely due to a verified manufacturing or structural defect, contact us at info@partlytech.com or +44 7836 232276 and we will send a replacement or issue a refund at your choice.

Please note: PartlyTech is an independent reseller. Parts purchased from us may not be eligible for the original manufacturer's own warranty or support programs. Our 12-month warranty is provided directly by us in place of any manufacturer coverage.
